John von Neumann had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He was well known as a talented mathematician, computer scientist, chemist, physicist, engineer, inventor, economist, nuclear scientist and university teacher. However, the Hungarian-American mathematician and polymath okos was mainly known for his extradordinary public appearances and his likable character.
